Karen is originally from California and received a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Cal State University Northridge. She is the Director of Marketing and Corporate Support at AME, Inc. and is responsible for developing relationships with vendors, obtaining support, conference organization and management to ensure successful events. Karen’s career led her from meeting planning to Catering Manager at the Ritz Carlton and onto AME, Inc in 2013. Karen enjoys spending time with her family, husband Chuck, daughter Alice Monroe and their pup Penny. She also enjoys entertaining friends and volunteering in the community.
